*Note, I didn’t refer to a recipe for this one. I pan-roasted boneless chicken thighs with store-bought pesto sauce and served with roasted broccoli that was seasoned with lemon pepper and salt. Quick and easy!

Friday: Chicken Alfredo Flatbread Pizza
