Happy Sunday! Here is the meal plan for the upcoming week, with recipes linked. We liked some of last week’s recipes so much, we wanted to have them again. Enjoy!
Monday: BLT Chicken Salad
Tuesday: Shrimp Tacos
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Thai Basil Chicken (served with rice, roasted broccoli & naan)
- Recipe Note: I used Thai green curry paste in place of the curry powder, and tripled the amount listed in the recipe.
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Greek Lemon and Feta Chicken with Summer Fruit Caprese Salad
- Note: The summer fruit caprese salad is SO good, even our toddler loved it! This definitely will be a repeat on our summer menu.
