Happy Sunday! Last week was busy, so we deviated from our regular schedule. Wednesday and Thursday’s recipes were AMAZING, and will be in the rotation for future meal plans!
Monday: Takeout
Tuesday: School Orientation – Pizza Night
Wednesday: Spicy Beef Taco Salad
*Note, we didn’t find this to be too spicy, but you can adjust the spice level as needed.
Thursday: Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Peppers
Friday: Slow Cooker Thai Basil Chicken
*Note, we served this over rice and roasted broccoli. I also used Thai green curry paste instead of powder, and tripled the recipe amount.
