Happy Sunday! Here is the weekly meal plan for the upcoming week, with links to the recipes. Enjoy!

Monday: Garlic Mushroom Chicken w/ Roasted Brussels Sprouts

*Notes: I season brussels sprouts with salt, pepper and garlic powder, toss in avocado oil (olive oil works great too), and roast at 400 for 20-25 min.

Tuesday: Fall Harvest Salad w/ Chicken

Wednesday: Hamburger Stew

*Note: We absolutely loved this recipe! It makes a huge amount of food, so be sure to use a large pot or Dutch oven. We had enough leftovers for Thursday and then some, so I froze the remaining amount in a freezer bag for later.

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Pizza Night!
