Happy Sunday! Here is the weekly meal plan for the upcoming week, with links to the recipes. Tuesday’s recipe is a new family favorite after our friends brought some over for us when the baby arrived. It’s comfort food, without being too heavy. Enjoy!
Monday: Easy Wonton Soup
*Notes: I doubled the amount of broth listed in the recipe, and added carrots and fresh ginger. I also didn’t count out the wontons, I just added them until it felt right!
Tuesday: Chicken Pot Pie Casserole
Wednesday: Thai Basil Chicken Curry (served with rice and roasted broccoli)
*Notes: I used Thai green curry paste instead of powder, and tripled the recipe amount.
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Beef Ramen Stir Fry
