Monday: Slow Cooker Thai Basil Chicken over Rice

*Notes: I also use Thai green curry paste instead of powder, and use the whole bottle. Adjust as needed for your own preferences.

Tuesday: Leftovers with Roasted Broccoli

Wednesday: Ground Beef & Broccoli over Rice

Thursday: Taco Salad

*Notes, this recipe is labeled as a spicy taco salad, but the spice level can easily be adjusted by eliminating the pickled jalapeno peppers. I also do not recommend adding the sugar to this recipe – it’s not necessary and makes the dressing way too sweet.

Friday: Burgers & Salad
