*Note: This makes a huge amount of food! It’s a great recipe for a large family or for entertaining guests.
Wednesday: Italian Meatball Soup
*Note: Use frozen meatballs to make this a quick weeknight dinner.
Thursday: Creamy Garlic Chicken & Veggies
*Notes: I used boneless chicken thighs instead of bone-in, and roasted potatoes and broccoli separately instead of adding to the crockpot. I also added more cornstarch than the recipe called for, in order to get the cream broth to thicken.
Friday: Leftovers
