Monday: Lemon Chicken Gnocchi with Roasted Asparagus
*Note: This recipe is quickly becoming a favorite in the house. We roasted asparagus on the side, but will try adding it in to the pan next time.
Tuesday: Spicy Pork Noodles
*Note: This is a great base recipe. You can adjust the spice level easily, and add all the veggies. We added mushrooms, snap peas, onions, and bell pepper. It made a lot of leftovers!
Wednesday: Garlic Chicken with Broccoli & Spinach
Thursday: Easy Turkey Zucchini Skillet over Rice
