Happy Monday! Here is the weekly meal plan, with links to the recipes. Enjoy!

Monday: Turkey Pesto Paninis

*Note: We have a new panini press, but you can also make this on a grill pan! The key to this recipe is choosing a really good pesto. If you buy it from the store, make sure you choose a pesto sauce from the refrigerated section, not a shelf stable pesto. It really makes all the difference! You can also sub in chicken if you do not have turkey.

Tuesday: Mahi Mahi Taco Bowls

*Note: This recipe is amazing and super easy to make. This definitely will be in the rotation more often.

Wednesday: Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad with Honey Dijon Dressing

Thursday: Bang Bang Chicken Bowls

Friday: Chicken Tikka Masala over Rice

*Note: No official recipe for this one. We found a really good tikka masala sauce at Trader Joes and warmed it up on the stove with some chicken thighs and diced bell pepper. Super easy and quick!
