Wednesday: Slow Cooker Rosemary Chicken & Butternut Squash

*I’ve been waiting to break this one out! It’s one of our favorite fall recipes. You can cut the amount of butter down by half for a slightly healthier version, without compromising too much of the flavor. I always double the recipe so we have enough for leftovers the next day.

Thursday: Leftovers
