Weekly Meal Plan 10.15.23

Happy Sunday! Here is the weekly meal plan for the upcoming week, with links to the recipes. Enjoy!

Monday: Easy Wonton Soup

*Notes: I doubled the amount of broth listed in the recipe, and added shredded carrots. I also didn’t count out the wontons, I just added them until it felt right!

Tuesday: Slow Cooker Tomato Basil Chicken

*Note, I served this over angel hair pasta, with a side of roasted broccoli.

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Spicy Taco Salad

*Note, we don’t find this to be a spicy recipe but you can adjust the spice level as needed.

Friday: Hawaiian Shrimp Bowls

*Note, I added crispy onions as a topping and they did NOT disappoint!
