Weekly Meal Plan 3.10.25

It’s another week, and another meal plan! We LOVED the fajita bowls from last week, so we included it again this week. All recipes were pretty straight forward, and we didn’t need to make any major modifications. I also found the prep and bake times to be pretty spot on across the board. Friday’s spaghetti sauce requires at least 4 hours of simmer time, so be sure to factor that in when including in your weekly plan. Enjoy!

Monday: Easy Steak Fajita Bowls

*Note: We usually double the cauliflower rice so we can enjoy leftovers for lunch the next day.

Tuesday: Slow Cooker Mississippi Roast over Roasted Potatoes

Wednesday: Leftover Mississippi Roast over Roasted Cauliflower

Thursday: Mahi Mahi Fish Taco Bowls

Friday: Spaghetti with Homemade Meat Sauce, Caesar Salad & Garlic Bread

*Note: The recipe is for a marinara sauce I found on Reddit, but we add meat for a balance meal. Ground beef is usually preferred, but ground turkey can be subbed in to lighten the meal. I like to use a ton of fresh basil and oregano, but you can also use dried per the recipe. Pair with your favorite Caesar salad and garlic bread – we usually just grab a salad kit and premade garlic bread from the store to make it easy.

I hope you find something you enjoy on this week’s meal plan. Have a great week!
